Your privacy matters.

We collect each client's name, phone, email, document number and document images to register client(s) and let the host review your stay. Clients registered together share one booking and arrival/departure period.

Who can see your documents?

Only signed-in, authorized hosts can open document images. Images and document numbers are encrypted in storage. Names and contact details are stored in the private database. Your QR card contains an opaque verification link, not your ID number or document images.

Review and retention

Image checks assess file format, dimensions and capture quality; they do not prove that a document is genuine. The host reviews documents before approval. Images are scheduled for deletion 30 days after checkout using the host's retention task. Booking/contact records remain available for management until the host removes them according to their retention policy.

Your private card link

Anyone with this link can view your entrance card and names. Keep it private. Contact the host if you need it revoked.
